So, it’s not necessary that everything will be fine all the time even if you meditate there are times in life where you can lose your control, so what you have to do is just count the numbers from 100 to 1. It may seem a bit childish but it actually works. Solutions to our problem lie in us. If we can understand ourselves then our many problems can be solved within a wink of the eye.
