Well))) the secret of making you a whole week a successful week includes 3 days efficient days and rest your instincts since you are born as humans your genes are programmed in such a way that you can do anything to achieve your target but that target should show some life. And when you don’t try even for a single day those instincts are not ignited but as soon you do it for 3 days you look at the days of the week and tell yourself that you are just 4 days away from achieving a sense of achievement and you finally end up achieving it.
So, this blog will guide you on how to make your first day efficient and productive. Although procrastination is a necessary evil but this time you have to put it on a hold. Best advice !!! begin the day early so that you can get into mood of uprooting your pending tasks early!!!
A day before, at night before going to sleep you have to make the list of the things that you have to do tomorrow and it should also include timing. And your list should consume 80% of your whole time. Don’t keep over expectations from yourself just add 10-15 tasks that will consume your entire day in the beginning. Especially mention the things that you were procrastinating for a long time.
After you are done with the listing, adjust your tasks in the most efficient form. For example, you have to take notes from your friends and you have to go to the market and you have to go to coaching class, adjust your tasks in such a way that all three things are done and you spend less time in doing them. Also, adjust your tasks in order of their intensity, like if a task requires more energy then do it before lunch or dinner.
A research shows that if you are 5 days away from Facebook then it can change your mind. For making a productive day you have to stay away from the social media. Just challenge yourself for how long you can stay without it. If it is extremely necessary than adjust the timing in the leftover 20% but not just before sleeping. Then comes the disturbing thoughts, the best way to deal with them is to pen then down, keep a notepad along you so that you can pen down eveything that comes in your head in mid way of your work and forget about it for a while.
Do and eliminate
Start doing and eliminating series-wise, don’t start from anywhere or leave anything for future, after you have the final adjusted list of tasks start doing them from one end and don’t stop until it reached the other end.
Do your favorite work late into the night. You have to consume your nights. If you want to be efficient and productive then reduce your sleeping hours. I prefer night time for working because its quiet and there is no one awake to disturb you.
And you will finally notice that all of your work is done!!!!
